“You know, Windwheel Asters used to be white!” Himmel gives Lumine a serene smile, brushing his fingers amid the bright flowers at the roots of Windrise. “Two thousand and six hundred years ago, to be precise. Some say that it’s the blessing of the Archon after his anástasis: the most devout claim that red had never existed before, but his sacrifice painted the Asters in his love.”
“Anástasis?” Lumine steps forward, her white dress billowing around her in the wind like the flowers pinned in her hair. The nostalgia of that— Himmel thinks Lumine reminds him too much of old memories. “What’s that?”
Windblume returns this season, as it does every year. He’s always loved the spring.
After the Anemo Archon Himmel kills Andrius, the snows around Mondstadt do not cease even when the revolution is won. When his hungry children turn against him, it’s his loyal champion Venti that promises they will see the spring.

“Even though their world has flipped upside down, some things never change, and although Himmel doesn’t know a lot about the world yet outside of fairy tales and encyclopedias, he can look up at Venti’s sanctuary and see a cage not too different from Decarabian’s tower. Venti wouldn’t take care of himself, and he would never ask for help, preferring to spare others the suffering.
No matter how angry Venti could get, for as long as his voice was in pain, Himmel could never turn his back on him.”Ever since everybody’s survived the Old Mondstadt Revolution, Venti has been thrust into his new responsibilities to rebuild and help Mondstadt flourish. As the holidays come around, Himmel comes to realize that his little friend is the last one celebrating.

Summary
It's a scary thing, how alive your thoughts can become and how much they can eat at you when you don't allow them their own freedom. Being a voice of the people was something Venti was used to, being a voice of his own inner thoughts was something far less common. Why then, of all people, he found it so easy to speak words he shouldn't to the small girl from Liyue (at night in a dark alley of all places) seemed far out of character for the easy-going wind spirit.
He'd blame it on the wine.
Maybe It'll be better if he hears Morax out,
Maybe It'll be better when he returns to Mondstadt,

Summary
Volume 1 relays the journey of the Nameless Bard as he formed the rebellion and fights for his dreams besides his found family.
Volume 2 depicts recently-ascended Venti going back in time over and over to try to prevent the Bard's death.
Volume 3 is the journey of the Bard as they are brought to present Teyvat, initially under a new identity without memories of who they were, yet has to deal with the taint of multiple lives in the Irminsul that Venti is responsible for.
I started by wanting to writ a short story recounting the events of Old Mondstadt. I ended not only writing a long-fic, but also trying 3 fic ideas of mine into a series.

He resents Dahlia when he’s here, resents him for treating Venti like something fragile, like a child who can’t take care of himself. But resents Dahlia when he leaves Venti alone with his own thoughts, abandons him to the loneliness and anxiety of being alone in his last moments. How could he abandon him? How could he leave him alone like this? Venti wants to love him, but how can he love somebody who has only ever made him suffer?
He shakes his head to clear it, disoriented. Is he still thinking about Dahlia?

Summary
The world burns.
A second wave of Celestial Nails rains down upon Teyvat, striking down those who have betrayed the sacred sacraments of the heavens. The Seven’s rebellion is extinguished, and the Traveler goes down with them. Entire nations find themselves as collateral, and the few survivors turn towards unsavory allies in their desperation.
A grieving twin carves what remains of the world apart in her despair, and rallies the desperate and depraved under a banner of vengeance, sworn to strike down the heavens themselves for their transgressions.
Darkness clashes against the Light once more, and the ark crumbles beneath the pressure. As the world barrels towards its inevitable end, a lone wind spirit is forced to seek out its creator.
It is only there, at the edge of time and space itself, where God and Shade meet once again. Together, mother and son weave a spell unlike any seen before, and rewind time itself.
Five thousand years in the past, teal eyes open once again for the first time; the God of Wind born anew.
But, what use is there, in a god of freedom bound by the shackles of fate?

There was a new bard in Mondstadt. Dahlia heard them play a few times. The sound of their lyre was mesmerising. They were really talented, which gave them a crowd. It wasn’t a lot, but it would be a normal amount for a new bard in the city. Dahlia normally wouldn’t bat an eye on them more than usual. The thing is, he already got complaints about their songs and he couldn’t help but have his own curiosity towards the young man.
