In reality, what it really was, was long glances passing inside jokes, locking pinkies on the train, and pictures of cats sent to each other with the tagline "literally us"."
"Despite the summers torment, the two are content to sit like that. The pinkies of the free hands sat in the space between them pressed into each other.
