And an opportunity too good to waste, even if it means putting up with a snooty, preppy college kid as his new intern. -

Summary
“Hiya, Peter,” Deadpool is standing there in all his red and black glory, sounding deceptively cheerful. All too cheerful, in fact, for a gun resting against one muscular thigh and a hand reaching back to, no doubt, grab a katana. “Peter Parker,” Deadpool continues, saying his name like he wants to bite into it. It’s actually kind of hot. God. Focus, Peter. Is Deadpool seriously going to try to kill him now?
All too late, Peter realizes that Spider-Man never responded to Deadpool’s messages.

When he's blackmailed by, of all people, a weird work acquaintance who needs Spider-Man gone for obviously illegal purposes, Peter is forced to hang up the suit- at least temporarily -until he can resolve the situation. Unfortunately, things start to get sticky when Deadpool, who Spider-Man's been on-again off-again with (okay, yeah, lowkey messing around with), crashes into Peter's life and demands the photographer help him figure out what's got his favorite webhead so spooked.
Peter's life is really weird.

Begrudgingly, Damian tolerates his future brother's presence as he looks for a way home - all while doing everything to avoid meeting the rest of his family. He can't afford to change the past, after all.

“I am to be held hostage?” he rasped, heart heavy and throat tight, “To be used against Achilles like... like a favored toy dangled over a misbehaving child?”

Jesse felt his hand go to the revolver at his side, brushing the handle and approached the seemingly unconscious creature. Mers were not something he had experience with. Childe had always assumed that he would die young. He had accepted that a long time ago, ever since he accepted the mantle of a Fatui Harbinger. However, he always thought that he would die in a glorious fight, his body broken but spirit relishing the strong opponent that had bested him. He was okay with that type of death.
Unfortunately, it seemed like Fate had decided to add one last insult to injury, because, here Childe was, dying because he had fallen in love with the ex-Geo Archon. The same Archon who seemed to have discarded him like an old toy ever since the Osial Incident.

Eddie Brock is strong, yes, he’s willing to admit that. But aesthetically speaking, Brock is no where near the quality of Riot’s host. It’s like comparing an old Ford pickup to a million-dollar Maserati.

After the events in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter decides that he's ready for any bad guys that his neighborhood can throw at him, but finds himself in over his head when he stumbles upon a crime syndicate that has tech to rival the Chitauri weaponry. On top of that, he finds that something else is after the same criminals, a new vigilante named Venom that doesn't play well with others. When Eddie finds out that Spider-Man isn't quite a man yet, he does what he can to keep the kid safe-- while fighting crime, trying to hold down a job, and coexisting with a morally challenged alien.
