The very last thing that Voldemort expects to find one evening as he undresses for the long bath that soothes the cold ache of his bones is the scratch of black letters that adorn the top of his thigh. He has been returned to his body for less than a week and here he stands in the immaculate deep-sea themed bathroom of his guest suite in Malfoy Manor with the lies of his soulmate written on his skin.
The absurdity of it makes him laugh.

Harry can’t imagine how they’ll manage it, considering the whole wizarding world is against him—including the Dark Lord himself—but he likes to dream about it. Surely Voldemort will leave him alone if he’s not even in the country, right?

Quite an excellent fic, which starts out as negotiations and quickly dissolves into somewhat mundane communication—well, as 'mundane' as altered outcomes for years five through seven can be.
Tom's possessive, of course, however—the possessiveness is not overdone in a terrible manner, nor is it forgotten about. I quite like that.
Contains mildly evil Dumbledore, Umbridge gets what she deserves, and a decently satisfactory ending.The 'inspiring' aspect comes from the mental link that is created and utilized throughout the fic.
My favored sections are in chapters ten and eleven, regarding blood quills and the cruciatus curse respectively.

Perhaps if she can prove she'll be on her best behavior Gojo will satisfy her with a spar later.

Following the Irminsul incident, though everyone believes him dead, Dottore is very much alive.
Granted, he faces a slight problem: specifically, the fact that he is trapped in the body of an eight-inch lizard.He needs to find a way back to Snezhnaya and his human body, something Pantalone could easily help him with - had he actually bothered to let him in on this plan, too. As it stands, however, he is forced against his will to play the part of an innocent little reptile, all while slowly realizing that his colleague might have held him in much higher regard all along than he ever could have imagined.

How that is going to be managed when one member is a lizard, I look forward to finding out.Pantalone just had a fit of rage over Dottore leaving a certain something for him—in the lab at Snezhnograd, that is—as it would not be the man himself.
