The Archon War brought out the worst in Teyvat. Morax had witnessed gods fall and kingdoms vanquished in an instant.
He was not shocked to hear of Decarabian's fall from the neighboring nation, but he did not anticipate a small, winged sprite would have taken his place. The new archon looked...soft, non threatening, a target for the vicious gods looking to take their opportunity at power.
Morax should have known better to underestimate Barbatos.
A lifetime has shown him that Barbatos had a power which could make the strongest mountains shiver under his gentle breeze.
