Summary
Alice was getting bored. Apparently, being stuck in that god forsaken dark room half different dimension thingy is hell when you have nothing to do. Sure, occasionally there's some imbecile that walks in that she can then torture and rip apart slowly until they die before having a nice meal. But that happens like once a month, and every other day is instead filled with just sitting in the dark. God damn the fact Wi-Fi doesn't work here and nobody is brave enough to set up cable in her space.
Bubble was weird. For all that the others talk of Lana as the schools #1 Autism Creature or how Petunia naps curled up like an animal, there is at least some archetype you can put somebody in. Whether that's losers, bullies, Riley, popular girls, weirdos, nice kids. And she's considered part of the latter, for all that it entails. But anybody who decided to look at her closely during those moments when a fellow student dies and their body is found in several pieces all over the school realizes, that her eyes don't change. There's no grief, or pity. Maybe it's disassociation from reality. Or maybe she's thinking if she should be feeling something.
Maybe this will be interesting for Alice, and evocative for Bubble.

Summary
Bubble is one of the better students at her school, that's something that even those who dislike her can't disagree with or downplay. Not stellar grades, she can’t remember the time she got an A+, a helpful attitude for her friends and classmates, colorful and legible notes, hygienic and neat apparel, and while lacking a smile, her eyes shine brightly enough to make up for that. All in all, outside of her grades she’d be considered a model student.
No one is perfect of course. And even Bubble is a victim of something called “character flaws”. In her case, it was the fact she’s a bitch who can dish out mean insults when it comes to it. Seriously, who assumes a girl named “Bubble” is a nice person all the time?
Oh, and also assuming the school's murder demon is unable to open her own door when she starts taunting her through it. That’s definitely a flaw that Bubble is a victim of. Or maybe the flaw was getting a thought of insulting Alice and actually going through with it. Oh well.
At the very least it didn’t end THAT bad for her. Others suffer though.

She is fascinated by these 'quirks' and decides that the further study of them requires her being enrolled into UA and manipulating the newest generation of heroes. Perhaps learning about quirks could sate her hunger?
I will try to make it so that the reader doesn't need prior knowledge of either fandom to understand the story.
