Terrorblade is defeated. The Invoker imprisoned. Experiment 12,402 has been restored and cataclysmic wrongs have been righted. Mirana, empress of the Helio Imperium, and Fymryn, newly restored goddess of the moon, along with their allies, work together to bring peace to their lands. A ray of hope has risen from the ashes of a forgotten lifetime.
But shadows still approach on the horizon. Dragons roam the lands as before, strange crystals continue to rain from the heavens, and dark omens portend to a war that would consume the entire world. Meanwhile, a secretive wizard in a distant land prepares plans of her own in a tower wreathed by flowers.
