Having a habit he has no will or strength to fight, he tries to get the most amusement out of his friends appearing in the most impossible situations, though he knows they're also a good sign of him steadily losing his mind.

Fenris surreptitiously looked around. Everyone in Haven was staring at them, from the quartermaster to the soldiers and the refugees and the Chantry sisters.
He hunched his shoulders defensively. “So it seems,” he grunted. He didn’t like being stared at, and he never had. But with this blasted magical mark on his hand, it didn’t seem that he had much choice in the matter.
Little did Fenris realize that being stared at was going to be the least of his problems.

Summary
Ellie (because names that start with 'E' are popular) is a girl that has absolutely no business falling into Thedas. She played Dragon Age: Origins, once, and didn't even finish it. In fact, her knowledge of Dragon Age is based entirely on fanfiction.
Be it glorious cosmic fuck-up, or the wonders of the afterlife, she's the one that fell into Thedas instead of her fanfiction obsessed best friend. No matter - I mean, fan fiction can't be that far off from the real thing, right? ... uh, right?
The only thing better than a character with all the information, is one with very little that may or may not be wrong!

Summary
Five years after my initial playthrough, I decided to play this stupid, beautiful, obsession-inducing game again and fell right back in love with FenHawke. This fic is a love letter to the game - mostly canon-compliant and as self-indulgently long, fluffy, angsty, and full of banter as I can make it. I'm also exploring magic, first as something that actually needs to be hidden and second as something that can be used in peace as much as it can be in war. Tags will be added as they become relevant, but this is already 33 (edit: 60 [edit: 159]) pages long in my drafts and I have to get it out into the world.
Hawke didn't want to be a mercenary, let alone a hero, and definitely not a Champion. Fenris, for his part, wanted to escape magic in all its forms. However, life rarely gives one what they want - and for the two of them, that might even be a good thing.

Takes place over ten years from 9:26 when Lana Amell recruits Cullen in Kirkwall to help her and finds herself falling for him, through Inquisition and beyond. An Amell/Cullen relationship filled with tears, laughs, loss, and hope.
Then grew to include Alistair falling in love with his elven body guard, the two of them having a baby along with Cullen & Lana, and those kids growing up.
After 2 years, it's finally come to an end.

Summary
