The room came into shape blurrily. There was sun flooding it from an open curtain, illuminating a bed that was most definitely not Alex’s. Sheets he’d never seen before. A man he knew reasonably well.
Alex let his other eye flutter open as well, fear falling off him almost immediately and making space for… well, a rather complex mix of something else.
“Uhm?” he asked, ever polite. “Greg?”
Alex wakes up one morning in the body of his future self. A future self that apparently shares a bed with Greg Davies.
