It was as stupid a question as the ones he’d tried to forget asking all those years ago. He could see it in Tweek’s expression: How are you not getting this? Are you going to make me say it out loud? He knew Tweek better than that, by now. They didn’t need to verbalize things the way other people did. They were on the same wavelength – that was what Tweek said, sometimes. That they’d learned how to read each other without words.
“So that gets you off? Thinking about me hurting you?”
Tweek asks Craig to hurt him during sex. Craig discovers he likes it more than he thought he would. A series of explorations follows. Some are more successful than others.

It wasn’t until he heard the officer rattling off the charges to his crying mom and angry dad that Tweek, broken in the doorway, let himself think-
“I’m a meth addict,” he whispered.

Craig Tucker has been feeling off lately. Whether it's the myriad of things gone wrong at his shitty minimum-wage job, his dad's constant texts nagging him about every little thing, or the fact that he's the only one of his friends left behind in podunk South Park since graduating high school, he just can't seem to make himself care about anything.
That is, of course, except for his long-term boyfriend Tweek. When Tweek calls him at the end of a tough day in the middle of a panic attack, Craig fulfills his usual duty as the rock in their relationship – but when Craig's typical stony facade starts to crack under the pressure of his own demons, Tweek proves that he knows exactly what Craig needs to hear to feel better.
