Summary
The feeling of failure is still embedded deep in his bloodstream, coursing all throughout his body. He sobs, but he cried his eyes dry of all its tears a long time ago. Another failure, he notes. He wonders when he’ll truly be able to succeed at something, when he can’t even do simple tasks. It’s exhausting, everything is, but Regulus seems to think of that as another failure to add to his seemingly endless list of reasons to hate himself. He can’t make himself food, he can’t study, he can’t get out of bed, hell, he can’t even muster up the energy to leave his room and talk to his own brother. God, it’s tiring, he can’t even do simple tasks and now he can’t even cry.
