When Daibazaal was destroyed by King Alfor of Altea over 10,000 years ago, the Galra Empire became obsessed with inflicting its wrath upon all corners of the universe.
(Y/N) is the disgraced daughter of the Empire—the child of Emperor Zarkon himself. Betrayed and imprisoned, she endured experimentations by Haggar and her Druids and was forced to fight in the arena. Upon her exile, she finally manages to escape the clutches of her father’s Empire.
She now resides on Planet Solitaire due to her spacecraft malfunctioning, causing it to crash land. She does not know how long she has been in cryostasis for. On Solitaire, she finds the universe's most powerful weapon: The Lost Lion of Voltron.

The universe is larger than is even comprehensible. Every time the limit seems to have been reached, it continues on for all eternity, it is one of the few certainties of reality.
The Galra have been the grand dictators for a thousand years, conquering galaxy after galaxy, and their empire has grown to such lengths that all but the last few galaxies in the edge of the known system are under their oppressive thumb. The Milky Way is one such of those few galaxies, but that won't stand for long.
