Summary
The trial had become impossible to escape. News stations discussed it constantly. Podcasts dissected every detail. Photos of Rosalind appeared everywhere. People talked about the victims like they were discussing characters in a television show instead of real people.
“What if they look at me and that's all they see?"
Lucy just wanted to go celebrate Kojo’s adoption anniversary at the beach. She didn’t ask for her DOD tattoo to be a blaring sign of what she endured.

Summary
Tony spun around, eyes wide as he registered the empty drinks cellar. A breath caught in his throat and his hand tremors.
“Jarvis…”
“Captain Rogers believes you are endangering lives, of the team and public, and has removed all alcohol from the premises.”
He whips round, just noticing Steve, who hung in the doorway, pitiful expression on his all-American features.
“It’s for the good of the team, Tony.”
Steve didn’t see Tony stealing a bag of pills from the evidence locked up at SHIELD, two days later. He didn’t realize Tony had shifted to something even more deadly.
If Tony had his way, none of them would know.

“Sorry, honey,” May says. Peter blinks a couple times and she comes into focus, her hair pulled back from her face. She’s trying not to look a certain way, but he can see it in her eyes anyway. She clears her throat, keeps talking. “But it’s…” She glances away, wets her lips. “You gotta get ready.”

Summary
It’s not like anything changed much.
Peter is usually great brushing off all the shit everyone gives him for being himself. It usually doesn’t matter what they think; what anyone thinks really.
So why is it getting so hard for him to do that recently?
