Summary
The childhood friendship between Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju is legendary. What if it wasn't their friendship that was the influential one?
Tobirama is even more protective of his siblings than ever after his little brother Kawarama dies. When he senses his older brother sneaking off to meet an Uchiha, he really should have told his father, but Hashirama always feels so much happier after the visits that Tobirama can't bring himself to ruin it. So instead he makes sure to keep an eye on the meetings with his chakra sensing, ready for the Uchiha to try something. Izuna, meanwhile, notices his brother acting oddly and regularly vanishing into the woods. Worried about his brother after the death of their younger sibling, he decides to follow his brother and find out what he is hiding.
So far, this is (slightly embellished) canon. The way the story goes, Izuna would find out and bolt for his father, triggering Tobirama to run for his, leading to a confrontation and the breaking of the friendship between Hashirama and Madara.
What if Tobirama decided instead that he needed to back-up his brother in case the new Uchiha attacked him? What if he and Izuna met, before they triggered the confrontation? -

Summary
Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero, and everyone is sure he will be great at it. Smart, kind, brave, and with a versatile quirk, he'll undoubtedly go far.
Izuku himself, meanwhile, can't decide whether he loves or hates his quirk. On one hand, he can't really imagine a life without the freedom it gives him. On the other, he's the only person he's ever heard of that has to spend a decade and counting trying to figure their own d*** quirk out. His quirk notebook has officially reached encyclopedia size, and his training notes fill a bookcase. -

Summary
For all Izuku admired the impossible standard of the Symbol of Peace, the seemingly invincible Hero who always had a smile- Izuku wasn't an idiot. He wasn't going to miraculously gain a powerful quirk and have the chance to become the next All Might, like he and Kacchan used to play in their games. Sure, he still admired All Might, held him as his inspiration to never give up on his dream...but All Might wasn't the hero Izuku felt a connection with. He wasn't the person that Izuku could look at and say "that is what I'm aiming for". Not the invincible hero. Because Izuku couldn't be that, and even if it hurt to admit it, Izuku had come to terms with reality.
Yet, what other people didn't understand, was that All Might wasn't the only hero. Sure, Izuku couldn't be All Might- he accepted that as an impossible dream. But did not measuring up to a powerful blond mean that he couldn't be a hero at all? That he was, inevitably, only a background character at best?
With a more realistic outlook, and a few less red-white-and-blue stars in his eyes to blind him, Izuku will find a new guiding star, and his own path as a hero. He'll never see the changes rippling from his steps...but that doesn't mean that they aren't there. -

Summary

Summary
Ichigo sleeps, obviously, but—first with the nightmares of his mom dying, and needing to take care of the girls in the middle of the night when they were little, and then Isshin’s increasingly aggressive “training” over the years—he doesn’t sleep deeply. Not in his own house, and certainly not anywhere outside of it either. He’s learned to get shut eye when and where he can, but he’s never so deep under that he can’t snap to awareness in an instant if he needs to.
It often leaves him feeling restless, a little strung out and tense, but it’s fine. He’s gotten used to it. He’s long-since learned how to walk the knife’s edge of exhaustion.
But.
But not at the Urahara Shoten, apparently.
