Summary
In a timeline where V's existence happens much earlier than in canon, a chance encounter leads the discarded human to discover he has a son, Nero. Deciding to adopt him, V has to deal with the struggles that come with raising a child in Fortuna, learn to cope with his past, make sure Mundus doesn't come after him once more, and figure out what it means to be human.
