Angel's not an idiot. All his castles in the air had dissolved decades ago, pink shards of glass scratching his skin deep enough that he never reached for them again. He'd strangled in the cradle every stupid, naive hope that had settled in his heart after the word loser turned into a teasing joke. And he's not about to resurrect them now.
Because, really, if getting cured requires someone (a very specific someone) to not just fuck him, but to be making fucking love with him, to actually mean it, to reach for him with his heart... he's dead.

Summary
Husk laid flat on his back, and Angel followed, almost trance-like as his knees came to rest on either side of his vampire's head. Large hands engulfed his waist and hips, warm puffs of breath against the insides of his thighs. Angel's eyes fluttered at the sight of Husk below him, seemingly just as affected. Just as aroused. Then that mouth filled with sinful, vicious teeth carefully pressed a kiss to the swell of his center.
Tears still fresh on his cheeks, Angel released a ragged moan, full of relief and pleasure.

Alastor had been at the Hazbin Hotel for barely three months, and he was already bored. Violently so. Nights were the worst, of course, with all other denizens of the hotel shuffled off to bed. Normally he would read, or listen to his records, or plan his next broadcast, or go for a wander in the bayou. But with things as they were, he found he was quite exhausting his interest for such diversions during the day. So he wandered in the shadows, half-corporeal and only half-cognizant, flitting from room to room like a hummingbird starving to death among shrivelled flowers.
That was how he came to see Angel Dust kicking the front door open at 2:32 in the morning.

Anthony now must adjust to life with his new demon roommate and the ever-growing intensity of his relationship with Valentino who prays on every insecurity and Anthony has to ask himself who the real monster is, realizing that Alastor is the only being who has ever made him feel truly safe.
